Teacher: Diana

diana_rajakapotasana-1
Diana Dalton came to yoga to change her life. In 2002 she put her communications career on hold to help her parents, both battling cancer. Her daily yoga practice took care of her as she cared first for her mom, then for her dad. Yoga helped her through the pain of losing them and, to transform her own health, letting go of unhealthy habits.

Determined to live a long, healthy life and be of service to others, Diana dedicated herself to the practice and teaching of yoga to help other people change their lives for the better too. She completed 250 hours of yoga teacher training at Synergy in 2005, 100 hours of Anusara in 2008, and 200 hours of Skanda Yoga training in 2009. She is the co-author of Managing Conflict in a Negotiated World (Sage, 2000) and enjoys food, wellness and travel writing.
A citizen of the world, Diana lived on five continents by her 15th birthday. After yearly family gatherings in Miami Beach for many years, she now calls it home full time.
