Community Yoga
This class is an all levels. That integrates asana, breathing and philosophy of yoga to its fundamental ascents. This class is open to the community at a lesser rate and at 10% of the proxies go to a not-for-profit organization. Feel how our wonderful teachers Ganapati and Edeline bring the practice of yoga to a whole different state of awareness.

Hatha Flow
Hatha Flow links the postures practiced in a regular Hatha class into a sequence of movements that "flow" with the breath in a more gentle series. Hatha Flow involves moving from one posture to another with very graceful and mindful approach to the body’s own ability. The practice has rest in between postures which creates a strong cardiovascular system.

Jivamukti

Kids Yoga
This class is designed to allow our kids to enjoy the standard flow of the yoga practice. We learn about the asana (posture) through their animal names. Kids have fun and leave feeling the same since of peace we are all looking for everyday.
