Hatha Flow

Hatha FlowHatha Flow links the postures practiced in a regular Hatha class into a sequence of movements that "flow" with the breath in a more gentle series. Hatha Flow involves moving from one posture to another with very graceful and mindful approach to the body’s own ability. The practice has rest in between postures which creates a strong cardiovascular system.

 
Sivananda Yoga
Sivananda YogaBased on the Hatha work of Swami Sivananda and developed by Swami Vishnu-Devananda, the series is flowing, restful and challenging. Featuring the headstand and other inversions, as well as bends and twists, the series will lengthen and strengthen you.
